Replications of the XboxOne Stock style sticks in various colors. They are identical in function because the part that contacts the shell is the same diameter. You will not gain or loose any turning speed due to the stick.
They do vary very slightly from the stock sticks in texture, but provide a very similar feel without the sharp raised edge on the stick.
Watch the video for the installation and review of the design of the thumbstick. They will need a small piece of tape as a way to "shim" them onto the mechanisms to make them have a snug fit.
*For PS4/PS5: Due to the modifications needing to be done to the controller itself, we cannot guarantee they will fit on any controller type besides XboxOne.
